We are looking for passionate UX Researchers and Designers on project based salaries to join our team who will be responsible for all stages of UX lifecycle and must think strategically while executing with great attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Conducting exploratory research, concept validation and usability testing on various projects.
Gathering data, synthesize it into actionable insights and disseminate findings to various teams through reports and presentations.
Creating research reports, user journey maps, workflows, personas, day-in-the-life scenarios, and use case summaries to help deepen organizational understanding of our users.
Collaborate with designers to test design concepts through lean research and usability testing.
Facilitate innovation workshops with designers, product managers, engineers and other stakeholders on envisioning exercises grounded in research insights.
Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques preferring simplistic and elegant solutions aligned to the brand.
Possess a user-centric design approach that involves conducting A/B and multivariate experiments.
Experience with using prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Invision, Visio, Adobe Creative Suite or Similar tools.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities on concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
